Services Provided

Media Mosaic FZ-LLC provides three main services:

• Short-Form Video Content — scriptwriting, editing, subtitles, captions, hashtags, and optimization for social platforms.
• Review to Reel Ideas — turning Google reviews into short-video scripts, hooks, and content angles. This service delivers written ideas, scripts, and hooks only — it does not include final video editing.
• UAE Business Setup Guidance — advisory and coordination support related to business activity, licence type, shareholder structure, visa needs, office/flexi-desk options, and selecting the appropriate UAE authority or free zone.

Payment Terms

All payments are due upfront before work begins. We accept payments via Stripe and bank transfer. Prices are listed in AED and are subject to change. Promotional pricing (e.g. seasonal packs or limited-time offers) applies only while the offer is active and to eligible clients. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines start only after payment is received and all required materials, content, brand guidelines, and instructions have been provided and approved. Indicative delivery windows (for example, 48–72 hours per short-form video, or 48–72 hours for reel-idea packs) are estimates and may vary based on scope, revisions, and client responsiveness.

Revisions Policy

Each package includes a fixed number of revisions as specified on the relevant service page (for example, 2 revisions per video on the Football Season Pack). Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be quoted and charged separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary raw materials, brand assets, approvals, and — for business setup — accurate personal, corporate, and identification information in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may impact delivery timelines. Clients must ensure they have the rights to all materials provided to us and that submitted information is true and accurate.

Free Consultations & Free Tiers

Free initial consultations (including business setup consultations) and free tiers of our Review-to-Reel service are provided for informational purposes only. They do not create a binding engagement, guarantee outcomes, or represent legal, financial, or immigration advice.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once payment is made and work has commenced. This includes seasonal packs and one-time promotional offers.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final delivered content (videos, scripts, hooks, and reel ideas). Media Mosaic FZ-LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Business Setup Disclaimer

Media Mosaic provides business setup guidance and coordination support only. We are not a law firm, tax advisor, or licensing authority. Company formation, licence issuance, visa eligibility, and related approvals are subject to the relevant UAE authority, free zone, and immigration process. We do not guarantee approvals, timelines, fees, or any specific regulatory outcome.

Limitation of Liability

Media Mosaic FZ-LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving harmful content, misleading medical or health claims, unethical practices, or repeated policy violations.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific business results, including leads, sales, engagement metrics, follower growth, or regulatory approvals. Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

Content Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all provided materials and any final published content comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and healthcare/medical marketing regulations, and do not infringe on third-party rights.

Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools such as Stripe (payments), Google Forms (intake), and WhatsApp (communication). Your use of those tools is also governed by their respective terms.
