Services Provided
Media Mosaic FZ-LLC provides short-form video content creation services for healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Our services include scriptwriting, video editing, subtitles, captions, and content optimization for social media platforms.
Payment Terms
All payments are due upfront before work begins. We accept payments via Stripe and bank transfer. Prices are listed in AED and are subject to change. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines start only after all required materials, content, and instructions have been received and approved.
Revisions Policy
Each package includes a fixed number of revisions as specified on the pricing page. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary raw materials, brand guidelines, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may impact delivery timelines. Clients must ensure they have the rights to all materials provided to us.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once payment is made and work has commenced.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final delivered content. Media Mosaic FZ-LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Media Mosaic FZ-LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving harmful content, unethical practices, or repeated policy violations.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific business results, including leads, sales, or engagement metrics. Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Content Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all provided materials comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.
